I had wanted an enamel coated cast iron dutch oven since my childhood days spent fawning over Julia Child as well as the many popular TV chefs of the 90’s, but the hefty price tag always held me back. So, needless to say I was completely surprised when Kaleb got me one for my birthday this year.

I have used it literally everyday since it arrived on my doorstep – crisp-skinned loaves of bread, slow-stewed fruits, whole chickens roasted with root vegetables, bone broths, cobblers, and so many other delicious things.
