Midweek Recharge: A Gentle Hatha Yoga Class Wednesday Evenings at 5PM

A gentle Hatha Yoga class appropriate for all experience levels, intended to recharge your batteries, refill your cup, realign, renew, replenish and restore.

Click the button below to submit payment and register for class. A Zoom meeting link will be emailed to you within a few hours of payment.


Expect non-strenuous, breath-guided movements intended to softly create a sense of spaciousness and fluidity, followed by a period of breath-guided stillness intended to cultivate an inward flow of awareness and a sense of harmony between body, mind and spirit.

Please bring a blanket and pillow as well as any other props (yoga blocks, yoga strap, etc.) you find supportive.
